What is meditation? How can I practice? Why is meditation more important today as never before?
Meditation is an ancient discipline, deeply rooted in human wisdom. Today many scientific studies have confirmed the benefits of meditation on mental health in the broadest sense. Not only as a healing practice to reduce stress, or to heal from emotional burn-outs , anxieties … but as a tool to solve challenges, to improve focus or to come closer to your true potential.
Meditation is about connecting with yourself from a deeper sense of awareness. Through regular meditation, you will become more conscious about how you can move away from the egoic conditioned mind, in order to see life with more clarity. In ancient sanskrit, the aim is to cultivate more a higher state of presence and stillness in order to journey towards a sense of inner peace and self realisation.
In this workshop “start to meditate”, we embark on the transformative path to explore the dimension of our inner space. How to create more spaciousness in order to elvate our capacity to respond to the challenges of our fast paced society while staying connected to a sense of harmony, clarity and power.
The complete start to meditate initiation is programmed over 3 modules. Every module represents 5 sessions.
Every class is about 50min, in which we will navigate through different meditation techniques and will share guided wisdom in order to feel inspired to practice at home, or anywhere else. The aim is to unlock your inner space to ground and recharge from a place of inner stillness.

HOW TO SIGN IN? _Make a group of 2, 3 or 4 persons by yourself ( or sign in to join a group ) _Plan your session during a weekday or book your private session by appointment tuesday 6.30-7.30pm 8-9pm
wednesday 6.30-7.30pm 8-9pm
thursday 8-9am 9.30-10.30am 12.30-13.30pm
PARTICIPATION FEE: _ The price is 60eur per session. ( 50min ) This price is valid from a private class to a group of max 4 persons per meditation class. Every participant commits to follow at least 5 classes.
